RVA Performance Training is the home of CrossFit RVA, and the backbone of our Group Class format. In a small group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and of course supply all the necessary equipment. Our workouts are short, intense, and varied, with the ultimate goal a well-rounded, high level of general physical capability. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics and bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more. You will always receive instruction from a CrossFit certified instructor and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.
RVA Endurance is our running performance program. Training is organized throughout the year, leading up to 4-6 races yearly. In a small group setting, a qualified instructor will lead a warm-up, skill instruction to teach proper running mechanics, and lead the group through a running workout.

Our facility is outfitted to supply strength athletes competing in Strongman and Olympic Weightlifting. Please contact us if you feel our facility can help you meet your performance goals in strength sports. We also host competitions and seminars to promote strength sports in central Virginia.
Yoga RVA provides group Power Yoga classes. We provide a challenging yet approachable class for those seeking to expand their practice, as well as athletes looking for alternative methods to improve mobility and recovery.
